Looking for a fun way to gain real-world experience and boost your CV? Our Barista Skills Course is designed especially for 15–17 year olds who want to learn practical coffee shop skills in a friendly, supportive environment.
Taught by Jess, our young and enthusiastic barista, this hands-on course gives you the confidence and experience to step into the hospitality industry. Learning from someone close to your own age makes the course relaxed, approachable and enjoyable.
To make sure everyone gets plenty of hands-on practice and individual support, each course is limited to just 4 participants. These small group sessions mean you'll have lots of time using the coffee machine, practising your skills and asking questions.
How to make a full range of hot barista coffees
Iced coffee and speciality drinks
Matcha preparation
Basic latte art techniques
Drink presentation and barista confidence
Professional coffee skills you can add to your CV
At the end of the course, every participant will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognising the skills they've learned and providing a great addition to their CV, college applications and future job opportunities.
